Pre-exercise Questionnaire
To ensure health and safety and to assist with organising a program and routine for your sessions, clients will be requested to complete a Pre-exercise questionnaire. If there are any areas of concern, a medical clearance will be required before commencing. It is vital all relevant medical history and injuries are made known.

Training Requirements & Preparation
For safety and hygiene reasons, all clients must supply a sweat towel and water bottle to each session. We recommend you eat 1-2 hours prior to training and avoid large meals. Wear non-restrictive clothing and appropriate footwear.

Payment Methods
Payment for weekly sessions is made online via direct debit/credit card unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before your session. Late cancellations must be paid in full and will not be refunded or credited. If cancellation is made in before the 12 hour cut-off, your session can be rescheduled for another suitable day and time.

COVID-19
Check in via the Service NSW app upon entry to the gym. Please do not attend your session if you’re feeling unwell.
